The mission of Family Promise is to help families experiencing homelessness to regain housing.  This national organization has an affiliated group in the Lehigh Valley. Members of St. Thomas More church partner with members of St. Timothy Evangelical Lutheran Church on Ott St. to host families at St. Timothy approximately two weeks a year.  If you are interested in helping to cook meals, meet with the families, volunteer at the Family Promise Day Center in Center City Allentown, or simply to learn more about this organization, please contact St. Thomas More parishioner Amy Faivre amyfaivre@gmail.com   We participate in several fun fundraisers a year including “Sip and Mingle” in the fall and “Homecoming” in the spring.  We would love to have you join us for these events, too!
