INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO OBTAIN A FBI FINGERPRINT CHECK

In order to obtain a FBI fingerprint check, you will need a registration code from the Diocese of Allentown.  To obtain a registration code, please complete the submission field below.  A code along with instructions will be emailed to you within five days.

A free FBI fingerprint check can be obtained through the Diocese of Allentown if you have not previously applied for one within the last five years.  Those who qualify, will be issued a payment code along with their registration code.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you previously applied for a fingerprint check through the diocese within the last five years and were issued a registration number, whether you went to be fingerprinted or not, you will be responsible for any fees associated with obtaining a check since the diocese previously paid a registration fee for you.
