REQUIREMENTS FOR MINOR VOLUNTEERS
(anyone under the age of 18 years old)

• Read and sign the acknowledgment form for the Code of Conduct policy (2022 Revision)
• Read and sign the acknowledgment form for the Policy Regarding the Sexual Abuse of Minors (2022 Revision)
• Read and sign the acknowledgment form for the Child_Protective_Law_Policy_rev_072125
• Read and sign the acknowledgment form for the Social Media &Electronic Communications Policy (2025 Revision) – pages 14 & 15
• Submit a Protecting God’s Children Certificate of Completion– PGC Virtual Training Directions. – This is only required for those who have not attended a Circle of Grace training the previous academic year. (All Catholic school and Religious Education students would have completed this training.)
