Your Lenten Rice Bowl offerings can change lives globally! Help provide lifesaving support to more than 250 million people in more than 120 countries!

Take a Rice Bowl from one of the tables at the church exits. Once a week, replace one regular family meal with a very simple, inexpensive sacrificial meal, and donate the price difference to Operation Rice Bowl. Return your monetary donations by…dropping your Rice Bowl offering into one of the cartons at the church exits each week, saving your weekly donations at home and at the end of Lent placing your Rice Bowl containing all your offerings into one of the cartons, or writing one check to Saint Thomas More Parish and depositing it into the collection basket at the end of Lent in an envelope clearly marked “Operation Rice Bowl.”

Did you know that operation Rice Bowl has its origins right here in our own parish? Started by Msgr. Robert Coll, the founding pastor of St. Thomas More, it is now a world-wide effort to feed the hungry.
